New Development of Social Housing in Swindon

Baileys Farm Gardens, Swindon Borough Council

The Allocation and use of Baileys Farm Gardens has been changed from temporary supported accommodation to general needs.  This means that applicants on the Housing register can now bid for vacancies and the successful applicants will be given introductory or secure tenancies as appropriate.  Properties will be let in accordance with the Local Lettings Plan and to read the plan click here

All homes in East Wichelstowe are connected to a communal satellite dish which gives you the television services.  You will need to pay an additional annual charge, currently £13.00 each year. TV Aerials or satellite dish are not allowed.
