 Placing a Bid: Important, Please read below

Please make sure you read all of the advert criteria on pages 1 and 2 before placing a bid as you will be skipped for the property if you are not eligible and you will have wasted the bid you placed.

Please ensure that when you place a bid you are living at the address we have registered for you.  You can check this by going to your (My Account / Current Details).  If you are not living at the address shown, your bid will not be considered. If you have moved, you must complete a new housing application form.   To complete an online application form click here            

Please note there is a high demand for general need properties in the Swindon area.  Refusal of a property could make you ineligible to bid again for a period of 6 months.  Please be sure that you are seriously interested in accepting the property you bid for.
