Why has my application not been accepted

Why have I failed the pre-qualification stage of the application?

Our pre-qualification checks indicate that in line with Swindon’s Housing Allocations policy, you are not eligible to join the Housing Register and cannot be considered for social housing in Swindon at this time. This is because you have not met the criteria for applying for housing in Swindon

I have failed the pre-qualifying stage of the application process. What can I do next?

Check you have completed the pre-qualification section correctly.

You can also re-apply to us if your circumstances have changed at a later date.

If you are at risk of losing your home or are have been served notice on your tenancy, this WILL NOT give you priority on the housing register. Please visit Swindon’s Housing Options Advice website for information on alternative housing options
