Placing a Bid: Important, Please read below
Please ensure you read the criteria on each advert before placing your bid. If you are successful for a property and we are unable to contact you to verify your circumstances, you may not be shortlisted. If your address has changed you will not be shortlisted. If you bid on a property you are not eligible for, your bid will not be considered and or will be removed by the Housing Needs Department.
Please ensure that when you place a bid you are living at the address we have registered for you. You can check this by going to your (My Account / Current Details). If you are not living at the address shown, your bid will not be considered. If you have moved, you must complete a new housing application form. To complete an online application form click here
Please note there is a high demand for general need properties in the Swindon area. Refusal of a property could make you ineligible to bid again for a period of 6 months. Please be sure that you are seriously interested in accepting the property you bid for.
